Curran & Company is a CPA firm in Newark and Flemington, New Jersey. Founded in 2012 and led by a CPA who is also an attorney, we handle tax, bookkeeping, audit and advisory for businesses, nonprofits and individuals across the state, and for Americans living abroad who still file here.

We read it, tell you what it actually says, and respond for you. Audits, penalty notices, back filings and negotiations. Having a managing principal who is also a licensed attorney changes how we read the statute, and how the other side reads us.

Federal and New Jersey returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps and C-corps, with planning done while there is still time to change the answer. We work closely with NJ Corporation Business Tax and the pass-through entity rules.

Ryan Curran founded the firm in 2012 after years at regional firms in New York and New Jersey. He is a CPA licensed in both states and an attorney, which matters most on the days a letter from the IRS arrives.
